Hospitals are supposed to be places of healing. They’re where you go when you’re hurt or sick and you need the aid of well-educated, highly trained professionals. However, every year nearly 100,000 Americans die as a result of avoidable medical mistakes. Most doctors and other medical professionals are capable, caring, compassionate individuals who work hard for the health of their patients. However, medical mistakes are usually devastating in their consequences, and no victims are more innocent than patients who have come to a doctor looking for aid. We have a in house nurse practitioner on staff to educate our clients on what went wrong in their medical treatment. Click here to find out more.

Class Actions/Mass Tort
A class action or a representative action is a form of lawsuit in which a large group of people collectively bring a claim to court and/or in which a class of defendants is being sued. This form of collective lawsuit originated in the United States and is still predominantly a U.S. phenomenon, at least the U.S. variant of it. A mass tort is a single tort (offense) that results in similar injury to many victims, and therefore involves numerous plaintiffs suing one defendant (or several defendants) who acted negligently to a general group of people. In most mass tort cases, the various individual plaintiffs must sue based on side effects caused by a single common product. Click here to find out more.
